Many New Zealand houses are cold, damp and unhealthy - especially rental properties. The costs of unhealthy homes, like poor health and big power bills are being paid by tenants, often the poorest and most vulnerable. We want the Government to support the Green Party proposal for a warm, healthy minimum rental property standard.
