Food

You can self cater at Forest Camp for all or some meals. Breakfast is self help if you are paying, or byo. Morning and afternoon teas are provided as part of your conference fee. A list of what you need to bring will be forwarded to you once we have it finalised and put onto the website.

Accomodation

Tent sites are large enough for a big tent and vehicle, or for two smaller tents. Hanmer has many motels so you can book your own if you want to stay out of the Camp. Child accommodation is for aged 14 years and under. A contribution towards your children’s meals would be appreciated.

Travel claims

The conference budget includes an allowance for unwaged or those with limited means to claim part of the cost of travelling to the conference, if they wish. Travel equalisation payments are intended for those travelling from locations a significant distance from Raglan.
