New Zealander Peter Bethune is currently languishing in a Japanese jail. Peter is a member of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society who actively take on Japanese whalers in the Southern Ocean. Captain Paul Watson, the founder of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society was in Wellington this week advocating on behalf of Peter. Russel and Gareth spoke at a rally outside Parliament calling for Peter's release and Gareth also interviewed Paul about how Peter is doing.
