Paparazzi and TV reporters descended on Lower Hutt as the 100,000th Kiwi home was made warmer and drier under a joint initiative between the Green Party and the Government. Green Party Co-leader Metiria Turei was on hand to chat to the lucky owners and the workers who are implementing this scheme.
