Climate Resilient Cities: kōrero with Chlöe and Eugenie
Auckland Anniversary floods and Cyclone Gabrielle have shown us that our cities need to be capable of tackling climate change phenomena such as torrents, swelling, flooding and extreme water surges. Nature-based solutions such as urban trees and farms, the daylighting of our streams and increased green space can ensure that we have livable cities designed for the wellbeing of our communities and our planet.
Join Chlöe and Eugenie in Auckland Central for an evening of kōrero and conversation as they discuss these issues, and the Green's policies for our urban and built environments as we continue to respond to the Climate Crisis.
