Jace is a long-standing business person and veteran of civil rights, human rights, and environmental rights since the turbulent and formative years of the 1960's. Never, however, has he been more aligned with the policies and practices of a political party more that with the Greens.

Jace has been a featured speaker on the issues of sustainable transport, the technology of electric vehicles and the wisdom of converting cities to bike friendly transport models. He served on Auckland Council's transport futures committee, was on the board of the Sustainable Business Network, as a transport consultant to Nextgen, and on the leadership group of the Climate Forum in his Nelson district.

Jace knows that this is a pivotal election, in a pivotal year, in a pivotal decade for climate mitigation, and he is doing his part to lead the electorate over to the wisdom and ethics of the Greens.
