Join your Mt Roskill candidate Suveen Sanis Walgampola to get out and enable voters in the electorate! 

We'll meet in a predefined area before we hit the streets to chat with voters and enrol people who aren't yet enrolled to vote. We have a great opportunity to reach out to residents about what their big issues are for this upcoming election. It is also a great chance for you to meet your local candidate, Suveen.

Doorknocking and enabling voters builds links between us and the communities we are a part of. We also gain invaluable data that will inform the rest of the campaign.

Training will be provided at the start, as well as an opportunity to get to know the other volunteers and the local candidates. Some light refreshments will also be provided, but if you’re feeling generous, feel free to bring something to share. Please wear comfy shoes, and weather appropriate gear, you will be outside!

The meeting point will be shared with attendees over email or text, so please RSVP to ensure you are included in this communication.

Accessibility
The main activity does require mobility, however we do need someone to stay back at the meeting point as a home base, which might be great for someone who isn’t able to go from house to house.
