Candidate for Nelson electorate
Lives in Nelson
List position 14
"I am a 65 year old artist, athlete, adventurer, and politician, who makes the kind of
lifestyle choices that contribute most to making my community and planet more
gorgeous, more fun, safer, healthier, inclusive and sustainable… and that are
consistent with the notion that living within the capacity of the planet to sustain is likely
to be more leisurely, enjoyable, purposeful and satisfying than the demands of
consuming ourselves into oblivion. While I am aware of the problems facing
humankind and the planet, I am vision focussed and believe the Green future
optimistically articulated has the appeal to make the Greens Government and the next
great force in New Zealand Politics."
