Domestic Violence leave

Jan Logie has got world-first protections for people affected by domestic violence, including up to 10 days paid leave from work. Everyone should be able to live a life free of violence.

Mental Health pilot

We’ve secured $10.5m pilot to make sure young people have access to timely and high-quality mental health services. We’re proud to be taking the first steps to address the mental health crisis while the Mental Health inquiry works to establish a more comprehensive approach.

We look forward to making even more progress and especially the report of the Welfare Expert Advisory Group. Our welfare system should be one that treats people with dignity and respect and makes sure they have enough to live a decent life.
