Come volunteer with us as we write postcards and learn about how you can make a positive change in your community during this year’s local elections!

Join City Vision’s Waitematā Local Board candidates and special guest Auckland Central MP, Chlöe Swarbrick, for a couple hours of kōrero and community connection. Each handwritten postcard will be distributed to apartments throughout Auckland Central to remind voters to enrol and vote City Vision for Waitematā!

We’ll have kai for snacking, an enrolment station, and a Q&A at 3pm where you can ask all your local government Q’s and get some A’s from our Waitematā candidates and our local MP Chlöe Swarbrick.

Local government elections are this year and City Vision is running a strong team of passionate, progressive candidates for the local board in our home of Waitematā; newcomers Stephen May, Rosemary Peppermint, Antony Phillips and Anahera Rawiri, who are standing with current members Alex Bonham, Glenda Fryer and Richard Northey. Read more about our candidates here.
