The CERF is how we pay for Aotearoa's climate action. It's a fund generated through the Emissions Trading Scheme that we have kept specifically to help Aotearoa cut climate pollution elsehere. So when polluters pay for the climate pollution they create, it's put right back into helping solve climate change in other ways.
