This role will supervise other fixed term field staff and volunteers and will step in where necessary to support the delivery of the field campaign. It will involve developing and delivering training plans and materials; mobilising volunteer teams; working with the Campaign Administrator to ensure regular and clear communication is given to candidates, campaign staff and campaign teams; monitoring and giving feedback on the performance of local field staff; and other general Election projects, as directed by the Campaign Director.
