By filling out the form below, you acknowledge the following:

In consideration of my being permitted to work as a volunteer for the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand (the Green Party), I agree that during and after my time as a volunteer:

1. I will not disclose to anyone, except to a member of the Green Party to whom I have been authorised to disclose it, any confidential information.
2. I will not use any confidential information for my own benefit, or the benefit of any third party.
3. I will not use or attempt to use any confidential information in any way that will or may have a detrimental effect on the Green Party or cause it loss or damage.
4. I will use my best endeavours to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of any confidential information to which I have been given access.
5. In this agreement, “confidential information” means any information relating to the business or financial affairs of the Green Party, and personal information about the Party’s members, associates or contacts, which:
   1. has come to my knowledge, or
   2. has been disclosed to me in confidence, or
   3. might reasonably have been understood to have been disclosed to me in confidence, and
   4. is not information already public knowledge.
