Currency

All payments are taken in NZ dollars only.

Merchandise

If you would like a refund or exchange on your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase to The Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand Level 5, 108 The Terrace, Wellington and we will refund you in full or exchange the item as per your preference. 

Donations

It is our policy to ask for donations to support the running of the party and campaign work. Occasionally we ask for donations for a specific action. Very occasionally, it is not possible to use your donation for that specific action, in which case we would put the donation in our general funds to support our wider work. If for any reason you are not happy for your donation to be used in this way, we will of course refund it. You can email [email protected] for a refund.

Donations to political parties are not tax deductible in New Zealand.

Membership fees

Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at any time, however membership fees are not refunded in full or part. 

In the case of a duplicate payment, the duplicate will be refunded to the card from which the payment was made.

Events and Fundraisers

Should you require a refund or to cancel your ticket purchase for attending an event please advise the Green Party of Aotearoa NZ within 2 days of the event commencement for a full refunds on ticket price. 

Any requests for refunds will be declined if requested during the 2 day period prior to the event date.

Refunds will be provided at the discretion of the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Electoral Act

Records of all donors and donations to The Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand are required by law but will be kept private unless public disclosure is required by the Electoral Act.

Credit Card Security

We use IP Payments to process credit cards online. IP Payments are a PCI Level 1 compliant financial services organisation. We do not store your credit card details online. All credit card transactions are processed in real time and protected by industry standard security standards. IP Payments.
