Campaign night
The election is only three months away, and the next few months will shape the future of Mt Albert and our communities.
Join Ricardo Menéndez March and the Mt Albert campaign team as we kick off the next step of our campaign. Whether you've been volunteering for a while or you're thinking about getting involved for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to find your place in the campaign.
You'll hear from Ricardo about what's at stake in this election, our strategy for the next three months, and how we can build the people-powered campaign we need to win.
You'll also meet our local Leaders, who each coordinate a neighbourhood within the electorate. They'll introduce themselves, share what campaigning looks like in their area, and help you find a way to get involved, whether that's door knocking, phone calling, leaflet drops, event stalls, or other campaign activities.
On the night we'll cover:
- A campaign address from Ricardo Menéndez March
- Our plan for the final three months before Election Day
- Meet your local Leader
- Opportunities to volunteer in your neighbourhood
- Time to connect with other volunteers over kai
If you've been waiting for the right time to jump in, this is it.
Every conversation we have between now and Election Day matters, and we'd love to have you on the team.
See you then!
The Mt Albert electorate includes the communities of Mt Albert, Ōwairaka, Pt Chev, Waterview, Sandringham, Balmoral, Wesley, Morningside, Western Springs, Kingsland, Eden Terrace and Arch Hill.
Please help us keep our people-powered campaign healthy – please do not attend if you are sick. Thank you.
