I'm not showing up as registered, what do I do?

If you've gone to check your enrolment details but aren't showing up when you enter your details. Try the following:

  • Make sure your name is entered correctly. If any part of your name doesn't match the Electoral Commission's records, it won't work. Don't forget your middle name(s) if relevant.
  • If you think you've moved since you last updated your details, try previous addresses.
