This election is going to be massive for Aotearoa and the race for Wellington Bays (formerly Rongotai) is going to be huge for the electorate.

The Green Party has policies that will make a meaningful difference here and across the country and Julie Anne and the Greens whānau cannot wait to share them with you.

Over the last three years Julie Anne has represented Rongotai with commitment, courage and compassion. She’s stuck up for constituents over Moa Point, the floods and government job cuts. She’s pushed hard for better transport solutions and advocated for better and more affordable housing. Her office has helped over 460 locals with everything from issues with healthcare and Work and Income to problems with immigration and housing.

Three years ago Julie Anne made history when she became the first person to win the Rongotai electorate who wasn’t a member of the Labour Party. This year she’s working hard to make history again and become the first Member of Parliament for Wellington Bays.

MC-ed by the one and only Emily Writes, the line up will, in addition to Julie Anne, include Marama Davidson and other special guests. There’ll also be delicious kai and light refreshments from fabulous local producers. 

The funds raised on this inspiring, energising, and fun evening will go towards covering the cost of the event and the campaign.
