Call for Volunteers
To ensure the event runs smoothly, we're seeking volunteers for the following roles:
💚 Security Personnel: Approximately 10 or more individuals to assist with maintaining a safe environment.
💚 Scorekeepers: Volunteers to manage and record game scores accurately.
💚 General Support: To ensure smooth logistics throughout the evening.

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Arrival and Check-In
4:00 PM – 4:15 PM: Karakia, Welcome Speech and Team Briefing
4:15 PM – 4:30 PM: Team Allocation and Warm-Up
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Bowling Matches Begin and team with the highest overall score is the winner!
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Prize Giving & Closing Remarks and Karakia
8.00 PM: Finish
