The Green Party is reviewing it's Constitution and being a member led organisation, you as members are being asked to participate in some conversations about the main issues.

In particular we have been asked to look at

  1. Male/Female Co-leadership Split

  2. Party decision-making:  by delegates, each member or a combination

  3. Role of Networks in the Party

Usually things like a Constitution Review are enough to put us all to sleep, but all three of these questions above raise really interesting questions in terms of whether they are fit for purpose.

Join us at the Green Room for some interactive and collaborative time looking at each of these, and seeing if we can come to some common mind about ways forward from our Province.

Two other issues are being looked at in other ways:

  1. Giving effect to the Party’s commitment to Te Tiriti
  2. Lack of disciplinary provisions
