❇️ Event space:

  • This is a wheelchair-accessible venue–toilets (all-gender) and entrance with automatic doors located at the north entrance of the building.
  • Mobility parking is located near the north entrance, off North City Road.
  • There is an on-site off-street car park.
  • There's bike parking at the rear of the library or on the skate park side, next to the room we've booked.
  • There are several bus routes nearby, including the 4, 4N, 16, and Rototuna Circular.
  • If you know of offline members who would be interested, add them to your RSVP and bring them along.
  • If you need a ride, let us know!

😷 Health precautions

  • Mask up: This is a respirator-recommended event, provided at the door.
    • We recommend wearing a K/N95/P2 respirator or elastomeric mask as much as you can.
  • Ventilate: Where possible, windows and doors will be opened (unless street noise levels are too high or the weather is too poor).
  • Clean air: HEPA air purifiers adequate for the room size will be in use.
  • Test: Most transmission occurs without symptoms, so please stay home if you're symptomatic or have been in contact with an infection-positive person in the past week.

If you have access to them, please get all your vaccine boosters, as this keeps more severe symptoms at bay.
