Bernard Long (he/him) Rangitikei

Bernard is an artist and activist who lives at Waitārere Beach Levin. He ran his own financial planning business and has strong interest in politics and economics. Social justice has always been important to him. Touring NZ for a year on motorcycles in 2017 he and Lynne witnessed the horrifying degradation of our taiao, entrenched poverty and the concentration of wealth. This experience strongly informs his political commitment.

His heritage compels him to speak up when something is clearly wrong, such as it is now. His social work, political activity and activism support this.
