I consider myself to be a highly respected Māori leader whose leadership is defined by integrity, courage, and a deep commitment to people and kaupapa. I bring a strong strategic lens to governance and operational leadership, shaped by extensive experience across health, community development, political engagement,and large-scale event leadership.

I know the benefits of leading collaboratively, building trust through authentic relationships and meaningful engagement with whānau, iwi, stakeholders, and diverse teams. Grounded in tikanga Māori and guided by evidence and lived experience.
