Josh Jacobsen (he/him) North Shore
Born in Whakatane and raised in Papua New Guinea, I went to high school in Dunedin and have since lived and worked around the world. I served in the New Zealand Navy and Army, as well as in the United Nations in Palestine, Jordan, and Lebanon. Learning French, Spanish, and Arabic during my travels, and Te Reo Maori on my return, I bring the experience and outlook of someone who has seen Aotearoa from afar and is committed to protecting and enhancing the unique social, cultural, and environmental aspects of our home.
