Pamela Grealey (she/her) Coromandel
I grew up in state housing in a UK mill town, where I saw early how unfairly many workers were treated and how closely people’s lives were tied to their local environment. After vocational training I ran my own beauty therapy business, realised I preferred building enterprises, and founded a software retail business before moving into major systems and finance programmes in both the UK and Aotearoa. Moving to Coromandel brought me into social enterprises and waste management work, where I again saw how little support many workers have in defending their rights. Founding a worker advocacy service followed naturally. I’m standing for fairness, opportunity and the environment.
